Conditions for Returns
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your delivery.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Labels and Tags: IMPORTANT: If the product label or price tag has been removed, the item is not eligible for a return.
- Cleanliness: Items that are returned dirty, stained, washed, damaged, or smelling of perfume/smoke will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, swimwear, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased during clearance or final sales.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team immediately at hello@adwi.lk with your order number and photos of the item proving its condition and intact labels. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
