Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Colombo & Suburbs: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Outstation: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Damages during Shipping
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence, and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
