- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@adwi.lk
- After Dispatch: If your order has already been handed over to our courier partners, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to receive the package and then initiate a return following our standard 1-Day Return Policy.
